besides simply installing windows is the short part of replacing your boot drive. While this might be feasable for a big OEM like HP or Gateway since they sell so many systems that are identically configured its not really practical for the vast majority of computer hardware vendors to do. windows needs to be setup on a system with an identical hardware configuration as the one it will be ran on otherwise you will run into major hardware confilicts and incompatibility issues that will result in frequent blue screens and other issues. I'm not sure you would want it even if you did. Yeah, I don't think I've ever seen that either.
